Bucks shines at Cooper River Race on July 16th
Cooper River Dragon Boat Club’s Regatta was held under Mother Nature’s rules with an insane downpour!

.The “small” weather inconvenience didn’t stop our amazing teams from hustling it down to Cooper River and putting down a show!
Freedom Mixed – with their personal best time of 0:58.2 on the 200 M distance. They faced some talented contenders. Congrats to Coach Kerrigan, Mike Wakely, Greg MaGarrigle!
Our Freedom Women’s boat! A brand new team – our freedom ladies have only been paddling since May 2023 with a few experienced paddlers. The ladies finished with a very respectable, consistent times. 1:02 / 200m.Congrats to Coaches Kim King, Sharon Dolan for the ladies success and their hard work.

Congrats to Coaches, Bonnie Gepner, Joanne Stein, Tommy Leonardi and of course the support of Jac Wetzel and Chris Wetzel including the volunteers that make this success a possibility for all our teams.
